Oops! You've just dropped one of your barrels and broken a stave - No Problem! Okanagan Barrel Works is fully capable of replacing individual or multiple staves, fixing leaks, repairing heads - whatever!

Over time, a barrel will eventually exhaust its capacity to impart oak flavours to the wine. Why not let us recondition that barrel and extend its flavouring life.

Our specialized barrel shaving machine removes about 3/16" off the inside surface of the barrel. We also plane the heads, sand everything smooth, re-toast (if you wish) then reassemble the barrel.

You can either send your barrels to our shop or we can come to you (depending on where you are, of course!).
